Formulated with emollient-rich surfactant and a 3% concentration of allantoin, glycerin, and orange oil to soften and restore skin’s surface. Removes impurities and helps calm, irritated skin and removes waterproof long-wearing face and eye makeup without leaving any traces of residue. Skin is moisturized left feeling soft, and soothed.
