Narrow Roads, Valleys Low But the Sun Still Shines: Enjoy the Journey

Life is a roller coaster ride that contains plenty of up and downs with many twist and turns. It a complete journey and sometimes you will end up on the mountain top and others you will have to go through the valley. This complete journey will develop you into the person you are today. Throughout my short journey this far I believed I have encountered and learned some valuable lessons that may be able to help others.These are the lessons of my journey!My journey has not always been a great one. As I mentioned before this life has up and downs. These hard times have included deaths, heartbreaks and many more. It has challenged me to grow and shed the layers of my former self to become the young man I am today. Thus far this journey has challenged my mental and emotional health. I found that creating these poems is something that help me endure these specific moments in my life. I hope that these poems will in turn will help and assist you in the moments in your life as well. I want you to self reflect and journal moments that are similar in order to improve the person you are and your mental health. Feel free too deeply reflect and use the pages provided as an escape and release from any situation that may plague your mind. With every release that creates more room between you and your ceiling.
